We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who can effectively lead and manage teams to drive revenue. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and strong LEADERSHIP skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of salespeople to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
  • Motivation: Motivate teams to generate leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Target Setting: Set ambitious targets and develop strategies to exceed revenue forecasts.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet customer needs effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Goal Monitoring: Establish and monitor team goals, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Reporting: Produce monthly forecasting reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of revenue streams and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales management with a history of driving revenue and achieving targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic Thinking:¬†Ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in producing and analyzing forecasting reports.
