Saverite Retail Stores an associate company of Star Milling Zambia Limited now seeks to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individuals to fill multiple vacant positions in our Store to be based in Lusaka:

1. Finance & Administration Manager

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

To plan, direct, and conducts Accounting, Administration and Human Resource management activities within the company by performing the duties, personally or through subordinates.

  • To lead the financial and management accounting functions.
  • To manage the day to day banking functions and liaise with the relevant agencies.
  • To manage taxation issues.
  • To lead on completion of annual accounts.
  • Manage the Human Resource Management function

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree plus a professional qualification in Accountancy
  • Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience
  • Experience in the following fields: Receiving, Shop Operations, Customer Service, Human Resource Management and Store Administration is an added advantage

2. Customer Care Officers

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all shop floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff and managing inventory and ensuring that all floor requirements are met.

  • Assist customers with any queries or requests.
  • Train shop floor staff to perform allocated roles.
  • Supervise shop floor staff.
  • Knowledge of Retail Shop business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
  • Prior experience in Sales.

3. Security Officers

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff and customers within the general working environment.

  • Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity.
  • Liaising with the police and law enforcement authorities.
  • Monitoring CCTV cameras.

Qualifications:

  • Holding security and IT related qualifications and licenses relevant to the position.
  • Knowledge of how a retail outlet operates.
  • Superb customer service skills.
