Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Suffix Technologies, you’ll be at the forefront of our revenue-driving force, charged with igniting growth and championing our cutting-edge software solutions. Your dynamic blend of sales prowess and marketing finesse will empower you to passionately communicate the unparalleled value of our products to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients within target industries and regions to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Present software solutions effectively to prospects, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Actively engage in outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create customized solutions that address clients’ specific needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while ensuring profitability.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management to track progress and performance.

Requirements

  • 2 years working experience in a sales environment
  • Degree from a recognized institution of Higher Learning
  • Computer and Tech Savy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Grade 12 Certificate.  (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics)

  • Excellent communicator and natural diplomat, capable of seamlessly liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a constant basis.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Can-do mentality with the attitude to roll up the sleeves and get things done.
  • High sense of urgency and energy in achieving set goals.
  • Takes ownership of their work.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently or as a team member

Conditions

This is a commission-based sales role, no monthly retainer is provided. Successful candidates will receive commission ranging from $100 to $300 depending on the type of solution they manage to sale.
