Our company, a leading provider of electrical and plumbing maintenance services, is expanding and seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Manager with a background in Civil Engineering. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Sales and Operations Manager (1)
Qualifications:
– Diploma in Civil Engineering (Female candidates preferred)
– Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
– Valid driver’s license
– Based in Lusaka
Experience:
– Minimum of one year of relevant experience in civil engineering or project management
– Experience managing technical teams on-site
– Ability to generate sales and manage client relationships
Responsibilities:
– Lead the sales efforts and generate new business opportunities
– Oversee and supervise the technical team on various projects
– Ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and industry standards
– Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
– Troubleshoot issues and ensure projects adhere to safety regulations and standards
Skills and Competencies:
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and plans
– Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
– Sales and business development acumen
