A reputable commercial bank is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the role of Team Lead HR Operations Officer.
Responsibilities
Among others:
- Provide responsive services to staff welfare needs and ensure proper processing of welfare and benefits administration
- Payroll administration
- Prompt and accurate disbursement of staff deductions to appropriate regulatory bodies
- HRIS administration
- Reporting
Minimum Requirements
- A good first degree
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
- ZIHRM membership
