National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational milling company specialised in the manufacturing of flour, mealie meal, stockfeeds products including trading in rice and other products wishes to engage additional staff in the following vacant positions:
TERRITORIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (HUMAN FOODS) – LUSAKA
Required is a Territorial Sales Representative (Human Foods) who shall be responsible for the sales and marketing of various human foods products as per assigned sales territory. He/she will be in charge of overseeing the sales, marketing activities and performance of sales teams by tracking sales targets and facilitating ongoing training of assigned personnel, including conducting of regular depot spot checks so as to ensure compliance. In addition, shall be required to promote various human food products and be able to understand the Corporation’s ideal customers and they relate to our product, management of stock and supervision of outsourced merchandisers at various retail stores i.e. such as Shoprite, Pick & Pay, Choppies ensuring that they have adequate stock at all times.
Interested candidates should possess a full grade twelve 12 School Certificate, an Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or a Degree will be an added advantage at least five (5) years’ work experience in such a similar role.
