The University is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:
1. Examinations Coordinator
Job Purpose, Roles, and Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the Examinations Department while maintaining its integrity
- Prepare individual forms for review classes and monitor attendance of students and faculty
- Assist with monitoring of fee payments during supplement, exit, and special exams
- Invigilate examinations and follow up on the submission of exam question papers from faculty
Qualifications:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
2. Enrolment Advisor
Job Purpose, Roles, and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact with prospective students
- Convert leads into contacts and collect documents for admission
- Organize and host presentations and customer visits
- Perform any other lawful duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Sales industry with good communication skills
3. Student Mentor
Job Purpose, Roles, and Responsibilities:
- Offer student support in an effective and efficient manner
- Monitor attendance and coordinate student counseling
- Provide guidance to parents in supporting students
- Coordinate disciplinary issues and secure proper accommodation for students
- Perform any other lawful duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
