The University seeks to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the position of “HR – Executive“.
Key Performance Indicators:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Performing in-person and phone pre-screening interviews with prospective candidates.
Performing background verification for finalized candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring Managers.
Maintaining relations with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Completing timely reports on employment activities
Organisation branding and employee engagement. Human relations.
Coordinate training for staff members
Coordinate performance reviews for existing staff.
Conducting exit interviews for relieved employees.
Personal File maintenance and Grievance Handling.
Full grade Twelve certificate
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management/or its equivalent
Minimum of three years (3 years) handling recruitment related activities
Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
