An ICT company based in kitwe is looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business development Executive to join our sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Key Requirements

  • A diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field IT qualification a plus.
  • A strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • A strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
