General Manager – Installations

The General Manager responsibilities will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company. This role requires a strong management background with a good technical background in fenestration engineering, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to support the company’s growth. The position reports to the company owners, who will oversee the General Manager and maintain control over financial decisions and overall company development.

  • Regulatory Compliance


  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Professional engineering license or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in fenestration engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing facade projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, structural analysis tools, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
