The Eastern Kafue Nature Alliance Activity is a five-years, US$10m, USAID-funded Cooperative Agreement, entered by the U.S Agency for International Development Agency (USAID) and The Nature Conservancy (TNC) to improve the protection and management of wildlife, forests, and fisheries in the eastern Kafue landscape and increase incomes and wellbeing of local communities. One of its Strategic Approaches (SA3) focuses on Strengthening Community Maternal and Child Health (MCH) and improving access to clean water, through rehabilitation and drilling of 100 new boreholes at sites to be identified in the development zone of Namwala, Nkala and Lunga Luswishi Game Management Areas (GMAs), eastern Kafue geographical area.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for an Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Firm to assist with the borehole site selection, as well as guide and supervise the process of drilling and rehabilitation of boreholes in the development zones of Namwala, Nkala and Lunga Luswishi Game Management Areas, eastern Kafue geographical area.
