Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant
Location: Kitwe
The Zambia Adventist Publishing House is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their team in Kitwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling in the shop, handling social media platforms, and executing promotional activities. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, confident, and capable of making presentations and promoting the company’s products and services at various events.
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in selling products in the shop and providing excellent customer service.
- Keeping a register of permanent customers and ensuring they are contacted regularly.
- Communicating with customers in order to identify their needs and choices
- Assist with social media platforms and website, create engaging content, and interact with our online community.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any related business course.
- At least two years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be based in Kitwe.
- Age: 25–40 years old
