Thebe Investment Management seeks a Sales Consultant for its rapidly expanding operations. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent command of the English language in both verbal and non-verbal communications as well as having the ability to effectively connect with audiences. The successful candidate will work in the client management department.

Responsibilities

  • The customer consultant will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services.
  • The customer consultant will receive, document and resolve customer complaints.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: showroom visits, signing letters of reservation and contracts on behalf of the vendor.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
  • The customer consultant will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in purchasing property.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable so as to sign them on as a client.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.

Skills and Experience

  • A relevant qualification in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Strong ideation skills for developing new communications strategies that are relevant to audiences
  • At least 3 years elevant experience in sales and marketing
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage others

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
  • Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
