Thebe Investment Management seeks a Sales Consultant for its rapidly expanding operations. The ideal candidate should possess an excellent command of the English language in both verbal and non-verbal communications as well as having the ability to effectively connect with audiences. The successful candidate will work in the client management department.
Responsibilities
- The customer consultant will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services.
- The customer consultant will receive, document and resolve customer complaints.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: showroom visits, signing letters of reservation and contracts on behalf of the vendor.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
- Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- The customer consultant will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, in addition to assisting individuals interested in purchasing property.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable so as to sign them on as a client.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
Skills and Experience
- A relevant qualification in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- Strong ideation skills for developing new communications strategies that are relevant to audiences
- At least 3 years elevant experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage others
