Key Tasks/Responsibilities
The following are the main tasks that you will be required to perform in your role as Baker: –

a) You are responsible for your own safety and to prevent accidents
b) Always deliver excellent customer service
c) Clean and maintain baking equipment prior to use and after use in compliance with health and safety procedures and guidelines.
d) Establish a production schedule and targets for the goods to be produced on a daily basis.
e) Maintain a good knowledge of complex industrial mixing machines and how to operate them.
