- Valid copies of certificate of registrations and incorporation
- Valid ZRA Tax Registration and tax clearance certification
- Recent bank statement or recently audited Financial Reports
- 3 Recent and current trade references
Application to be collected upon payment of non-refundable fee of K500.00
