Top Image Africa (TIA) is recruiting for dynamic and strategic Field Operation Managers to drive the development and implementation of MTN MoMo’s strategic and operational Trade plans. The ideal candidates will:
– Lead development and implementation of MTN MoMo’s strategic and operational plans.
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth in assigned channels (Agents, Merchants and Customer Acquisition).
– Translate quarterly and annual national plans into sales targets and budgets for regional teams.
– Develop and implement quality control measures for target delivery.
– Implement monthly and annual plans and budgets in line with MTN MoMo’s strategy.
– Promote a clear vision of TIA goals and strategies.
– Provide leadership to Regional Sales Managers, assigning and delegating tasks as needed.
– Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of project reports.
– Set business goals, targets, and objectives.
– Organize and facilitate training for Regional Sales Managers.
– Conduct regular trade visits to monitor project progress.
– Manage relationships with Agents, Super Agents, Master Agents, Merchants and Retailers.
– Assist in sourcing and onboarding Regional Sales Managers.
– Coordinate trade activities to ensure effectiveness.
– Maximize productivity and address client issues affecting trade.
– Drive Mobile Money growth through various distribution channels.
