Topstar Communications Company Ltd is urgently looking for qualified and experienced solar photovoltaic (PV) installers whose responsibilities shall include:
1. Planning: Designing and planning solar systems based on customer needs and site conditions
2. Installing: Mounting and installing solar panels, support structures, and housing modules
3. Connecting: Linking PV systems to the electrical system
4. Testing: Activating, testing, and diagnosing solar systems
5. Maintaining: Performing routine maintenance to maximize system performance
6. Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues with the system
7. Ensuring Product Safety: Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines through meeting appropriate safety standards and codes.
8. Weatherproofing: Applying weather sealant to outdoor equipment
9. Collaborating: Working with clients, engineers, and other technicians to plan and execute projects
10. Training: ensure that customers are well trained on how the system works and its usage.
11. Performing maintenance: Ensuring that high performance is mainlined through timely checks and problem resolutions provision.
Qualifications
1. At least Certificate in electrical or equivalent and member of EIZ.
2. At least 2- 3 years’ experience of previous solar installation experienced
preferred

4. General construction knowledge to include: roofing, electrical, and carpentry
