Assistant Human Resource Officer   x  01

Job Summary

The main purpose of the job is to assist with various administrative tasks, maintaining employee records and helping with recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proper management of piece workers to ensure adherence with labor laws.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Compile and update all employee records.
  • Handle complaints and grievances.

Qualifications: Education/Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma  in human resources management with working Experience of not less than 1 year at similar level.
  • Member of the Institute of Human Resources Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must know labor laws
  • Computer literate.
  • Good understanding of HR Procedures
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical fitness.
  • Demonstrated capacity to function well in a team and contribute effectively to team efforts.

Stores Officer x02

Job Summary

The Stores Officer will be responsible for receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic inventory stock stock count.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filled and stored properly.
  • Verifying all goods arrived as per the the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facility for upkeep and hygiene.
  • Responsible for storage of all stock.
  • Ensuring the quantities requested match with quantity issued
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs

Other Competencies/Attributes required:

  • Maintain high levels of integrity and Professionalism.
  • Should know how to deal with suppliers and vendors
  • Result Oriented and Problem Skills.
  • Well disciplined and punctual with time.

Qualifications: Education/Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma in Purchasing and supply with working Experience of not less than 2 years at similar level.
  • Good communication  skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical fitness.
  • Demonstrated capacity to function well in a team and contribute effectively to team efforts.
