RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the already existing team in the Department of Research and Development in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product development, packaging development trials, shelf life and studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and priorities.
- Design and execute experiments, simulations, and tests to gather data.
- Develop and test prototypes, models, and simulations.
- Refine and optimize product designs and processes.
- Generate innovative ideas and solutions to complex problems
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and trends.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and update documentation for new products and processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology
- 2 years or more experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.]
