An Established Logistics Organization based in Ndola Zambia is looking to employ the Following:
Warehouse clerks (3) Internship
Job Description
- To consolidate and verify data from the warehouse and input in the system for reporting purposes.
- To compile and verify stock reports for clients and send them out on a daily basis as per client requirement.
- To ensure all pre-alerts/transport documents are sent to relevant receiving parties
- Conduct physical stock counts of cargo and reconcile with the Stocks Controller
- Updating customs ledgers to ensure compliance
- POD Management
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or better in a related field
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Basic computer skills for inventory system updates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
