A hospitality and adventure safari company is looking for a finance manager to join a small but dynamic team

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a company’s financial health by managing day-to-day accounting operations, creating financial reports, analyzing data, developing budgets, providing financial advice to senior management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
Degree in finance and accounting 1-4 years’ experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certifications. strongly preferred

Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
Payroll and Payments
Invoice and quotes
Cash flow management
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and external stakeholders
Tax and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
