The Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Marketing Activities:
Create and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print advertising.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and trends.
Develop promotional materials, presentations, and marketing content.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing and sales strategies.
Analyze sales data and marketing performance to optimize future efforts.
Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in real estate or construction industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
