We need a Technical Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving growth across our diverse range of offerings.

The Candidate: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

1.    Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the security solutions, communication equipment, medical technology, and power backup sectors
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop tailored solutions.

2.    Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Identify target markets and create strategies to penetrate and expand within them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative approaches to market penetration.

3.    Lead Generation and Sales:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients and partners through networking, cold calls, industry events, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Nurture leads through the sales cycle to successful closure.
  • Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.

4.    Partnership Development:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint ventures and enhance product offerings.

5.    Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our security, communication, medical, and power backup solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor our security solutions, communication equipment, medical technology, and power backup offerings to meet the specific requirements of clients and industries.

6.    Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution customization.

7.    Reporting and Metrics:

  • Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Provide valuable insights on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities to guide product development and business strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable institute. (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 Years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security solutions, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking and interconnectivity and communication protocols and standards, demonstrated ability to perform basic systems setup and configuration which foster an understanding of solutions layout and design.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate across internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team, to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and foster relationships.
  • Valid Class B, or Higher, Driver’s License, is a must.
