Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced After Sales Manager to lead our after-sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all post-sale activities, build strong client relationships, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute after-sales strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Lead and manage all after-sales activities, including service, parts, and customer support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of concerns.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve product and service quality.
  • Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the effective management of customer databases, tracking special events and service history.
  • Oversee the completion of customer feedback forms before vehicle release and ensure post-service follow-ups.
  • Maintain a 100% client retention rate through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven track record in customer service, after-sales management, and business development.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data management, reporting, and service quality control.
