Tumeny is a fast-growing fintech company looking for part-time Customer acquisition Officers. We offer cloud-based payments, bookkeeping, and invoicing solutions for businesses.

Job Summary:
The Customer Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying and acquiring new business accounts for the company. They are responsible for researching potential markets, creating plans to reach out to potential clients, and closing deals with new clients. The Customer Acquisition Officer serves as a primary point of contact for prospective clients and is responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential clients for the company’s products and services
2. Develop plans to reach out to potential clients and convert them into clients
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress toward sales goals
4. Work with clients to ensure that they understand the product’s features and benefits and how it can help them achieve their business goals
5. Help clients through the sign-up process and get them comfortable using the products
6. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the adoption process and provide updates on the status of their adoption
7. Negotiate and close the sale with new clients
8. Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvement suggestions from clients
9. Identify opportunities to improve the adoption process and work with the internal team to implement changes

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, accounting, sales, or related fields
2. Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
3. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a plus
4. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Ability to travel to meet with clients Compensation
9. Salary and commission
