Operations Analyst
Ursa Security International Ltd has a current vacancy for a suitably qualified Operations Analyst based in Lusaka.
Candidates should have extensive knowledge in the harvesting, dissemination and presentation of data for management consumption.
Candidates should possess the following skills;
- Relevant higher education
- 5+ work experience in a similar role
- Ability to harvest, disseminate & present data
- Ability to assess and advise on process & procedures
- Establish/lead process, solution & specifications
- Develop alternative workflow solutions
- Validate data & reports
- Make recommendations based on data dissemination
- Provide a monthly dashboard report
- Create efficiencies
- Computer literate
- Archiving skills
- Highly numeric
- Experience in investigations
- Experience in risk management an advantage
- Be calm and possess professional work ethics
- Verifiable work history
- Team player
