Reports to Business Head



  • Ensuring that Machinery is running at optimal levels at all times
  • Scheduling weekly plant Maintenance
  • Ensuring the Products produced meet all set quality standards
  • Ensuring all that production output targets set by management are met within the timelines set by Management
  • Running the entire production process is achieved within set budgets
  • Any other


  • Ensuring all HACCP and GMP activities are followed at each stage of the production process
  • Ensuring conformity of products to customer standards
  • Ensuring 100% Compliance with Safety Standards
  • Setting of quality Standard Operating procedures and defining of Key performance indicators related to HACCP and GMP for the production team.


  • To be the overall Supervisor of the entity’s production team
  • To carry the vision of the organization and to interpret the vision into the specific tasks and target
  • Ensuring adherence to company rules and regulations


  • Acceptable qualifications in Milling Technology / Production Management/
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in a Milling and food production industry
  • Customer-focused
  • Strong computer skills
  • Integrity and leadership skills


Reporting to

Financial Controller


Responsible for data uploading and preparing company’s financial records. Creates transactions in the company ledger and make entries into the company’s accounting software. Responsible for company record keeping. He/she must have a firm understanding of accounting terminology and processes as well as a strong attention to detail. The right candidate will have growth potential within the group


  • Assisting accounts team and the Financial controller in handling financial departments work flow
  • Assembles deposits and keep accurate records relating to accounts receivables
  • Prepares accounting reports and track accounts payables
  • Reconciles accounts and ensures accuracy all transactions
  • Researches and corrects entries as necessary
  • Compiles reports relating to activity areas, project costing, departmental expenditure and company profitability
  • Records transactions as they can be consolidated and analyzed by Management
  • Brings books to trial balance stage in preparation for Senior Accountants to create Financial statements
  • Processing of payroll entries
  • Any other duties assigned by Management


  • ZICA Technician , ACCA level 1 or Diploma in Accounting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • At least 3years’ experience in a similar field
  • Experience and training in the use of accounting packages


Reports To:

The Receptionist will report to the Human Resources Manager and Operations Head

Job Overview:

Managing the all front desk activities of the office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Handling all Telephone enquiries
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
  • Setting up meeting and training rooms with the necessary stationery and equipment
  • Sorting and distributing mail
  • Management Procurement of Office stationery
  • Basic cashier duties
  • Handling customer queries and complaints
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including photocopying and scans
  • Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
  • Monitoring people coming and going through the reception doors
  • Taking note and reporting any suspicious activity
  • Maintains General office filling system
  • Any other duties assigned by Management


  • Certificate in Secretarial training/ Business Administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Computer literate
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar field


Reports To:

The Shift Supervisor will report to the Production Manager or his designated officer

Job Overview:

To ensure that company production activities run smoothly by ensuring and insisting that the labour force in the shift work efficiently as per the set guidelines by Management, economically, peacefully and safely in an environment that is conducive to work according to the nature of the work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • In charge of shifts and all activities
  • Study the available programme for your shift and clarify issue with the Production Manager to ensure that you understand it fully.
  • Meeting the necessary requirements such as locating the position of the required materials, the location of packaging materials etc.
  • Regular counter checks of Quality Parameters of the finished Product
  • Monitoring of usage of all production Materials during all shifts
  • Ensuring that the employees observe the set hygiene regulation set by Management
  • Managing Housekeeping of the plant and Spearheading cleaning activities of the equipment from intake to packing section.
  • Ensuring that shift employees comply with safety and hygiene standards
  • Conducting sensitization regarding health and safety half in relation to handling product during production process
  • Ensuring conformity of Finished to required standards
  • Any Other duties given by Management


  • Acceptable qualification in Production Management or related field
  • At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar field, particularly in the FMCG Industry

Reports To:

Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring the business achieves, increase sales volumes, delivering revenue targets set by Management in specified segments, building and managing relationships with customers through a partnering approach that adding value to the consumer and the organization. The operational performance covers embedding the development of market opportunities, managing territory customer databases, driving commercialization, and customer focussed approaches.

Responsibilities and duties include

  • Achieving and increasing sales volumes and revenue targets in specified segments
  • Taking ownership of customer relationships in the assigned territory, through effective customer communication and collaboration with our logistics and finance team to ensure delivery is achieved against commitments.
  • Identify and report on market trends and competitor activities
  • Monitor and report on adherence to quality standards in the trade
  • Ensure targets set by management are met at all times without fail
  • To participate in all sales activities required by management for example sampling activities promotions.
  • To ensure all products are available and visible on the market
  • To always identify new sales leads and grow the business

Skills and Qualifications required

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration and Business management will be an added advantage
  • Three to four years of sales and Marketing experience ( experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage)
  • Extensive Knowledge of Zambian Market behavior
  • Good command of the English Language and local languages
  • Computer literate proficient in Microsoft word and excel
  • A highly motivated self-starter and target driven
