Job Title:Accounts Assistant

Reporting to: Manager Accounts
Job summary
- Preparing purchase vouchers
- Preparing payments
- Ensuring that foreign vendors are reconciled
- Knowledge of imports essential
- Follow up with foreign suppliers
Requirements
- Level 2 ACCA/CIMA or Full AAT & NATECH
- Experience in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
- ZICA Membership a must
- Traceable 3years’work experience in a busy accounts payable both local & foreign creditors
- Ability to work under pressure especially during the audit
- Knowledge of accounting package like SAP preferable
- Good interpersonal skill
