1. Production Manager
Department: Production-Dairy
Reporting to: Technical Director
JOB SUMMARY/DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Plan, schedule and manage daily production dairy products.
- Oversee functions like: packaging, maintenance, budget and manpower.
- Analyse the production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Responsible for all the Govt./regulatory companies.
- Liaison with other departments like commercial, store, quality, and human resource.
- Responsible for comlience of GMP/GHK in the factory.
- Manages documentation, certifications like ISO9001:2015HACCP and other requirements.
- Monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implement the quality control programmes.
- Organize the repair of any damaged production machine and prepare CAPA.
- Review worker performance and identify the training needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Science/Food Science with 5 years experience, must be from Dairy background.
NOTE: CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE FROM OTHER SIMILAR INDUSTRIES ARE ENCOURAGED.
2. Milk Processing Supervisor
Department-Production Dairy
Reporting to- Production Manager- Dairy
JOB SUMMARY/DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Handling and processing of milk and milk products.
- Supervising milk reception activities daily wise.
- Machine operations and maintenance (CAPA,line efficiency, optimum utilization of resources)
- Batch control and dairy products, preparation of yorghut, milk standardization and other dairy beverages.
- Good understandings of pasteurizer, homogenizes, cream separators, CIP unit and PHEs.
- Material and man power control.
- Must have knowledge on Hygiene, HACCP, ISO9001:2015 and FSMS.
- Review workers performance and identify the training needs.
- Manage documentations, dairy reports, certifications like ISO9001:2015, HACCP, and other requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Technologist/Mathematical/Electrical Engineer 5-10 years experience.
