Venus Security Solutions, a leading private security company with sites throughout the country requires a professional Zambia to fill in the position of OPERATIONS MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and develop security operations strategies to fit our various clients.
- Create implement and communicate security policies and procedures.
- Develop a budget for security operations.
- Participate in hiring of security personnel.
- Develop security KPIS
- Measure and track performance of the security operations department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ten (10) years experience in the security industry five (05) of which which should be at the operations manager level.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relations.
- A minimum of a diploma in a business related program.
- A qualification in security and security operations is an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to travel around Zambia
- Valid Drivers licence
