All Prospective Vendors to provide the following:
1. Company Profile detailing:
- Physical Business and Address
- Name of parent company, subsidiary (ies), and/or affiliate(s).
- Business Contact Details
- Company Directors and Referees
- VAT Registration Certificates
- Valid Company Registration Certificate
- TPIN number
- Payment terms
- Payment methods
- Bank details on company letter head
- Delivery Period
- Any other information relevant to Product/Service
2. List of Goods and services offered
All existing Vendors currently supplying goods and services to We Effect Zambia Country Office who intend to be considered for future contracts must also apply with the required documents.
Prospective and eligible suppliers from within and outside Lusaka are encouraged to apply.
Applications should be submitted via email with the email subject as “Registration of Suppliers of Goods and Services” and emailed to [email protected] and must reach the undersigned by Close of day 15th June 2020.
