Are you a warm, customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills? Wild Dogs Nature Safaris, a leading lodge and tour operator in Lusaka, is looking for a Receptionist / Front of House to be the welcoming face of our company.
This role is perfect for someone with 3 to 5 years of customer care experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression to all guests and clients.
- Handle all front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are handled efficiently.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including maintaining organized records and managing schedules.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of customer care experience in a hospitality, tourism, or service industry role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Experience handling bookings, guest relations, or front desk responsibilities is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Education:
- Minimum of College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or additional qualifications in office administration or related field is an advantage.
