Position Overview:
The Campaign and Adaptation Designer is responsible for creating, adapting, and executing
high-quality visual content across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media.
This role involves collaborating closely with new product development design teams and core

shared services design teams, both in the creation of new creative assets and in receiving pre-
approved master visuals for adaptation into campaign-ready toolkits, decks, and print-ready

libraries. The designer will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop brand
guidelines, brand strategy decks, sales collateral, and digital content, ensuring fast turnaround
and comprehensive brand, sales, and marketing support.
The position will also support digital, social media, and trade marketing teams in translating

campaign concepts into fit-for-purpose creative adaptations, content creation, and go-to-
market strategies. While not core to the role, flexibility to accommodate overflow tasks, such as

digital design, basic editing, or animation, will be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Campaign Adaptation:
– Develop, adapt, and implement creative designs for various platforms, ensuring
consistency across digital, print, and social media campaigns.
– Modify master campaign visuals for local market adaptations, ensuring relevance and
impact in specific regions.

– Collaborate with new product development and core design teams to receive pre-
approved master visuals and adapt them into campaign-ready toolkits, decks, and print-
ready assets.

Brand and Campaign Development:
– Work closely with the Head of Marketing in the development of brand guidelines, brand
strategy decks, sales presentations, and digital content requirements to ensure alignment
and timely delivery.
– Support the creation of sales collateral and comprehensive brand assets to drive
efficiency and robust support for marketing and sales initiatives.
Support for Digital, Social Media, and Trade Marketing Teams:
– Translate campaign concepts into creative adaptations that are fit for purpose across
digital and social media channels, ensuring consistent execution in go-to-market
strategies.
– Provide support for trade marketing teams by adapting campaign assets for point-of-sale
materials, promotional collateral, and other trade marketing initiatives.

Digital Design and Animation:
– Although not core to the position, offer flexibility to support overflow tasks in digital design,
basic editing, and animation when needed to ensure timely project delivery across teams.
– Create and edit motion graphics and animations for digital content, including social media
posts, advertisements, and explainer videos as necessary.
Collaboration with Creative Teams:
– Collaborate with creative and art directors in brainstorming and ideating for photo shoots,
video production, and visual content development to ensure alignment with brand
objectives and high-quality execution.
– Provide input on visual consistency across various content formats and ensure that all
creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines.
Asset Management and Distribution:
– Manage and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and campaign elements to
ensure easy access and efficient adaptation for various regions.
– Provide resized and adapted assets to marketing teams for use in regional and digital
campaigns, ensuring all materials are print-ready and optimized for use.
Adaptation for Regional and International Markets:
– Tailor global campaign assets to meet the specific needs of regional and export markets,
ensuring all design elements are culturally appropriate and effective.
– Adapt point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional collateral for local markets,
ensuring rapid turnaround.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a graphic designer, senior graphic designer, or visual
designer.
– Strong experience in digital design, animation, and motion graphics is highly beneficial.

– Proven experience working with new product development teams and adapting pre-
approved designs for regional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,
Premiere Pro).
– Expertise in digital design tools, including animation and video editing software.
– Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, color theory, and design trends.
– Familiarity with digital platforms and designing for web, mobile, and social media
channels.
