We are on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-focused retail store representative to join our team at Yellow. We partner with smartphone shops and offer our customers the option to buy a smartphone on credit.
As our retail store representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as well as conducting the application sales process. You will be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers, so it is important that you have a friendly and approachable demeanor.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, making sales and following up with customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- You must own a smartphone or you can finance a smartphone via Yellow
- You will be required to work retail hours from Monday- Saturday -08h00-17h00
- Grade 12/High School/Matric certificate with good results in principles of accounts, commerce, English and mathematics
- A certificate or diploma in sales/marketing/credit management will be an added advantage but not a requirement
- Must have access to an Android device to be used during the sales process. Alternatively you can finance a phone through Yellow.
