Young Women's Christian Association of Zambia
The YWCA Council of Zambia is requesting for expression of interest for interested firms to conduct renovations to its buildings. The buildings are four detached three bedroomed flats in a single wall fence located in woodlands, off Lake road near Crossroads shopping mall.
The expression of interest should include;
1. A detailed breakdown of the Bill of quantities (BOQ).
2. A detailed financial proposal.
3. A proposal of financiers for renovations.
4. Clearly stipulated timelines for execution of the works.
5. Qualifications of the firm’s team and their suitability to conduct the works being requested.
6. Three references for similar works done in the past.
7. Copy of affiliation certificate to Engineering Institute of Zambia and Construction Council of Zambia
Please Note: A pre visit to the site for all applicants will be scheduled on the 9th and 10th July 2020 at 14hrs.
