1. QUALITY CONTROLLER – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (2)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Responsible for monitoring the critical control points (CCPs).
- Responsible for monitoring product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Performing inspection on equipment, machinery, products, ingredients, and other raw materials at reception of the aforementioned items. Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.
- Conducting spot checks to ensure products on pallets have correct packaging and labelling (product name, production dates and batch numbers etc.)
- Ensuring the correct recipe guidelines for the products are met during processing.
- Ensuring that employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
- Responsible for issuing disciplinary action when directed.
- Reporting cases of non-conformance / non-compliance to the Food Safety Manager and recommending possible solutions.
- Identifying processes and procedures where safety, health and the quality of work may be improved and make recommendations.
- Responsible for performing sanitation verification on equipment and other areas required
- Ensuring that all the employees adhere to the Food Safety Policy and the Hygiene Code of Conduct.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Training in GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 courses
- At least 1-year work Experience in a food production plant

2. INVENTORY OFFICER – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Managing cement stock inventory, and preparing monthly throughput for review.
- Receiving goods and safe housekeeping.
- Recording of goods purchased by the procurement team.
- Ensuring that purchased materials are issued before expiry.
- Reporting stock availability to the supervisors for restocking.
- Supervising the Issuing of materials to various projects.
- Ensuring communication with the H.O.D. takes center stage in everyday activities.
- Ensuring there is good record keeping for all purchased goods.
- Ensuring that the materials delivered match the invoices
- Issuing of PPEs to employees when need arises.
- Adhering to all company health and safety policies.
- Observing and conducting safe work practices.
- Raising GRN for all items received into inventory, ensuring that it is duly signed off and records updated.
- Raising goods issue notes and updating records.
- Keeping all records on store items up to date and reporting any variances to the manager immediately.
- Conducting regular physical stock checks and comparing with updated records.
- Ensuring all records are neatly filed and stored safely for reference.
- Ensuring stock take is conducted on the last Sunday of every month to align with the monthly inventory cut-off date and reporting.
- Ensuring all issues of materials are actioned upon receipt of a job card.
- Any other assigned duties.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma or Better in store management, Purchasing and Supply or relevant qualification
- At least 1-year Work Experience

3. PLUMBERS – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (4)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Understanding and interpreting building plan specifications.
- Installing plumbing pipes and fixtures.
- Conducting map layouts for pipes and drainage systems.
- Unblocking sewer drainages and carrying out repair works.
- Regularly assessing activities conducted and identifying any significant hazards.
- Putting an action plan in place to control hazards by eliminating, isolating or minimizing them.
- Making sure that tools are used properly following safety guidelines.
- Ensuring that scaffolds and ladders are positioned properly to prevent falls (accidents)
- Wearing and using appropriate protective clothing and safety equipment.
- Adhering to all company health and safety policies.
- Observing and conducting safe workplace practices.
- Any other assigned duties.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Better in the relevant Field
- At least 1-year Work Experience

4. WELDERS – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (2)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Fabricating and Assembling metal structure according to the required Specifications
- Carrying out gas welding works
- Carrying out general repair welding work
- Regularly assessing activities conducted and identifying any significant hazards
- Taking all precautionary measures when using machines
- Adhering to all company health and safety procedures
- Observing and conducting safe work practices.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Better in Metal Fabrication or relevant field
- At least 1-year Work Experience

5. CARPENTER – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Adhering to structural plans
- Installing structures and fixtures.
- Carrying out roofing works.
- Preparing timber structures as required.
- Fitting of doors, windows, frames, and window glasses.
- Regularly assessing activities conducted and identifying any significant hazards.
- Ensuring that scaffolds and ladders are positioned properly to prevent falls (accidents)
- Wearing and using appropriate protective clothing and safety equipment.
- Adhering to all company health and safety policies.
- Any other assigned duties.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Better in Carpentry or relevant field
- At least 1-year work Experience.

6. TLB OPERATOR – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Carrying out Daily Maintenance Works
- Carrying Out daily Construction Works
- Carrying Out Earth Works
- Loading of Materials
- Carrying out digging Works
- Regularly assessing activities conducted and identifying any significant hazards
- Wearing and using appropriate protective clothing and safety equipment Reporting any accidents or near misses to the maintenance manager
- Adhering to all company health and safety policies
- Observing and conducting safe work practices
- Reporting any faults with the machine to relevant authorities
- Any other assigned tasks.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Better in TLB operations
- At least 1-year Work Experience

7. FENCER – HUNTELY CHISAMBA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Erecting wire and grass fences
- Repairing fences

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

- Observing and conducting safe work practices
- Reporting any faults with the machine to relevant authorities

The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- PSV/CE driver’s license
- At least 1-year Work Experience

9. BUILDER – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (2)
- Understanding building plan drawings and following specifications accordingly
- Carrying out construction and repair works
- Carrying out tiling and Paving works
- Carrying out steel fixing
- Ensuring that scaffolds and ladders are positioned properly to prevent falls (accidents)
- Wearing and using appropriate protective clothing and safety equipment
- Observing and conducting safe work practices
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate or Better in Brick Laying
- At least 1-year Work Experience
The Required Attributes Include:

10. TIPPER DRIVER – HUNTLEY CHISAMBA (1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Transporting workers from one workplace to another
- Transporting Manure from Source to Dumpsite
- Transporting Materials from one source to worksites
- Regularly assessing activities conducted, and identifying any significant hazards
- Wearing and using appropriate protective clothing and safety equipment
- Observing and conducting safe work practices
- Reporting any faults with the machine to relevant authorities
- Any other assigned tasks.
The Required Qualifications are:
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- CE/ PSV license
- At least 1-year Work Experience
