Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Supply of Laptops and Desktop Computers
The Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) seek to procure laptops and desktop computers with the support from the Oxfam SAF Partnership Investment Fund. We invite qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply of three (3) laptops and two (2) desktop computers from reputable brands such as HP, Dell, Apple or Acer. This procurement is part of our broader initiative to enhance our technological capabilities, improve equipment reliability, and support organizational development.
Scope of Work: We are seeking quotations for the following equipment:
Laptops (3 units):
Brand: HP, Dell, or Acer, Processor: Intel Core i7 (10th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 7, RAM: Minimum 16GB DDR4, Storage: Minimum 512GB SSD, Display: 15.6-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) or higher resolution, Graphics: Integrated or dedicated graphics card, Connectivity: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, HDMI, and Ethernet port, Battery Life: Minimum 8 hours, Operating System:, Windows 10 Professional and above, Additional Features: Backlit keyboard, webcam, and built-in microphone
Desktop Computers (2 units):
Brand: Apple, HP, Dell, or Acer, Processor: Intel Core i7 (10th generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 7, RAM: Minimum 16GB DDR4, Storage: Minimum 1TB SSD, Graphics: Integrated or dedicated graphics card, Connectivity: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, HDMI, and Ethernet port, Operating System: Windows 10 Professional and above, Monitor: 24-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) or higher resolution, Additional Features: Keyboard and mouse included.
Submission Requirements: Vendors are required to submit the following: Quotation: Detailed pricing for each item, including taxes. Vendor Information: Company profile, TPIN, relevant experience, and references from previous clients.
