The Zambia Red Cross Society in Lusaka would like to request your best firm offer for the following commodities:

Liquidated Damages:
Arrival after agreed delivery schedule will be subject to a deduction from the invoice of 0.1% per day up to maximum 5% of the total DDU value of the contract.
Validity.: Your offer must remain valid for 30days.
All or None Clause.
We reserve the right to accept to accept the whole or part of your offer and the lowest evaluated bid need not be accepted.
Should your offer be accepted, you will be required to acknowledge by writing confirming your acceptance of the agreed terms and conditions.

Delivery Period:
Delivery shall be within 3 weeks
Quality.
Our officers will physically inspect the goods upon delivery.
Inspection.
Will be done by our staff.
Packaging:
All goods must be new, undamaged and of firm, strong material.
Recycled goods are not allowed.
Payment terms:

Remark:
Seller is obliged to replace at his own costs quantities which after inspection are not in conformity with Federation requirements.

Conditions for submission of offers:
Validity: your offer must remain valid for 30 days before which a purchase order, if placed, should be accepted by you.

- Company Profile
- Copies of Purchase Orders on similar Works
- Latest Three Months Bank Statements
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Valid Tax Clearance
