Zambian Financial Sector Deepening Limited (FSD Zambia) is a Zambian organization working closely with key players throughout the economy to ensure that all Zambians are financially healthy, particularly the most excluded and underserved. We help rural families, women, youth, low-income people, and other households in Zambia to understand and access a wide range of sustainable, comparable and affordable financial services. To expand financial inclusion, we collaborate with both public and private sector institutions to make financial markets work better. FSD Zambia enhances trust between clients and suppliers of financial services by helping to increase their understanding, expand innovation, and lower costs. In this way, all women, men, girls, and boys can learn about, choose, and use a wide range of financial services according to their needs. FSD Zambia enjoys the active support of financing partners Swedish Sida, Comic Relief/Jersey Overseas Aid, Irish Aid, and the Rural Finance Expansion Programme (RUFEP).
FSD Zambia invites applications from reputable companies and individuals to register as consultants and suppliers of goods and services. Please note that the details of categories are included in the Application Form. To be considered for pre-qualification, applicants should include the following documents in their applications;
Company Profile clearly stating physical address, phone number and email address
Copy of VAT certificate/Tax clearance
Copy of Certificate of Registration / Incorporation
Delivery period and payment terms
Company Bank reference and Bank details
Referees for work done in the last 12 months
Copy of previous works for studies (Baselines, evaluations, research & other studies)

All vendors currently supplying goods & services to FSD Zambia should apply and attach all necessary documents as stated above.
Applications should be sent to the email address [email protected] with the subject “REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS FY23/FSDZAMBIA”, including the category you are applying for on or before 17 February 2023 at 17:00 Hours local time. Any application received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. Only successful applicants will be communicated to and registered.
Please note that registration does not constitute automatic offer of business. Late submission and physical submissions will not be accepted.
