ZHL is a fast-growing financial services company that offers mortgage lending services to diverse customers. These services include new mortgage lending comprising of Construction, Equity Release, Land Purchase, Home Improvement, and Outright Purchase Loans. The Lead generation shall be responsible for lead generation and sales of new loans, providing excellent customer service, building positive business relationships, and working with staff to ensure that any agreements/ commitments are delivered within appropriate timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Business Development Officers.
- Lead Generation and Sales; Ensuring that you meet your personal revenue and sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities and innovations and establishing marketing strategies to build the ZHL brand.
- Meeting customers and research new markets as needed.
- Generate marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns for the company.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria
- Tertiary Education in relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both as part of a team and to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Digital savvy.

- Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data.
