- Graduate Engineer with a Degree or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics and Telecommunications
- Able to design transmission networks by using Google Map
- Ability to interpret design details into practical project details,
- Ability to communicate effectively and have good negotiation skills
- Ability to deal with Government , Corporates and Civic authorities on matters of site acquistion and way leave
- Able to write application letters to civic authorities and able to make follow ups.
- Three to 4our years experience in site acquisition related works
