We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager- Fintech to lead our sales team and drive growth in our expanding markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the fintech space.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set individual and team goals and monitor progress through KPIs and performance metrics.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored fintech solutions.

Business Development:

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.
  • Understanding of fintech products and services is a plus.
