We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barman to join our hospitality team.
🍹 POSITION: BARMAN
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Barman (a MUST)
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, and general bar service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a bar efficiently and handle cash/POS systems
- High level of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene
- Ability to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Friendly, professional, and reliable personality
🍺 Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks professionally
- Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, and daily inventory
- Attend to customers promptly and courteously
- Ensure excellent service during events, braais, and busy weekends
- Work closely with the restaurant and hospitality team
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
