Duties include but are not limited to:
· Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
· Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum.
· Maintain discipline among staff and learners.
· Supervise teaching and learning activities to ensure quality education.
· Ensure compliance with all educational policies and regulations.

Duties include but are not limited to:
· Provide individual and group counselling.
· Implement guidance and counselling programs.
· Support learners with behavioural, emotional and academic issues.
· Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
· Work with teachers and parents to promote learner welfare.
