Tough Team Investments Ltd is seeking a motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on client requests.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong experience in bid preparation and tender submission.
- Hands-on experience using the Electronic Government Procurement (E-GP) system for Government tenders is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
