JOB TITLE: Call Centre Agent

JOB OPPORTUNITY: CALL CENTRE AGENTS
Exponent Bizolution is seeking vibrant and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A Diploma in any relevant field (certificate holders are welcome to apply)
- Previous work experience in a call centre or customer service environment (experience in other fields will also be considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
- Provide accurate information and quality customer service
- Log and escalate customer queries where necessary
- Meet daily and monthly performance KPIs
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
WORK HOURS: 8-hour shifts (details to be confirmed)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 12 months
EDUCATION LEVEL: Associate Degree preferred (certificate holders are welcome to apply)
