OPERATING THEATRE NURSING
I. VALID PRACTICING LICENCE
II. 1 YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE
III. INTERVIEW DATES 26TH TO 28TH APRIL, 2017
IV. FORMS WILL BE ON SALE FROM 12TH TO 27TH APRIL 2017
REGISTERED MIDWIFERY
I. VALID PRACTICING LICENCE
II. 1 YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE
III. INTERVIEW DATES; 8TH TO 10TH MAY, 2017
IV.. FORMS WILL BE ON SALE FROM 18TH APRIL 9TH MAY 2017
REGISTERED NURSING
I. FIVE (5) CREDITS OR BETTER IN ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS, A SCIENCE PLUS ANY OTHER TWO (2) SUBJECTS.
II. AGE; 16 YEARS AND ABOVE
III. INTERVIEW DATES 13TH TO 19TH MAY 2017
IV. FORMS WILL BE ON SALE FROM 25TH APRIL TO 18TH MAY 2017
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Applicants will be required to deposit a non refundable application and interview fee of K250 at any Zanaco Bank in the following Account Number 1019195300444.
Application forms will be obtained from the institution on the above stated dates.
Only those candidates who meet the stated entry requirements should deposit the funds as no refund will be made to unqualified candidates.
