Lusaka School of Nursing and Midwifery will be conducting interviews for registered nurse midwifery Training programme from 11 to 15 January 2016.
Application forms will be sold from to 5th to 7th January 2016, at Lusaka Schools of Nursing – University Teaching Hospital (U.T.H.).
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 5 ‘O’ levels at credit or better in the following subjects; English Language, Mathematics and any science subject are a must and any other two subjects
- Open only to non-nurses
Other requirements:
- National registration card
- Original grade 12 certificate or statement of results
- K100.00 for application form
