The top spot went to Communication and Teamwork, highlighting the growing need for individuals who can work well with others and communicate effectively in today’s collaborative work environments.
Close behind was Problem-Solving, a key skill for navigating challenges and delivering results in any industry. Interestingly, while Digital Literacy and Technical Skills were ranked lower, they still play a crucial role in many professions — especially as the workplace becomes more tech-driven.
