DEFENCE SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES
TRAINING OPPORTUNITY IN REGISTERED NURSING – JANUARY 2020
Defence School of Health Sciences (DSHS) was established in 2006 under the Ministry of Defence to support Government efforts in improving health care through training of health care providers. The school has since expanded to train Registered Nurses and is accredited by the General Nursing Council of Zambia (GNC).
Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidate to train as REGISTERED NURSES.
DURATION: 3 years
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
(i) Five (05) Credits or betterin English, Mathematics, any Science plus other two (02) subjects.
(ii) Age: 16 Years and above.
(iii) Holder of a Green National Registration Card (NRC).
INTERVIEW DATES:
Open interviews will be conducted on 7th, 8th and 9th October 2019 from 0730 to 1600 hours.
Application forms will be sold on the dates of interviews on First come-First serve basis as limited places are available.
MODE OF APPLICATION:
(i) Register and paya non-refunded fee of K200.00 on the date of interview.
(ii) Receipt from School Accounts before commencing the interview process.
(iii) Applicants to produce:
a. Original Green National Registration Card (NRC)
b. Original Grade 12 results.
c. Two (02) Certified photocopies of the NRC and Grade 12 Certificates.
Venue: Defence School of Health Science, Off Great North Road, Plot 119 Kalanga Road, Emmasdale, LUSAKA(Behind Ngucha Filling station).
NB: Applicants (from outside Lusaka) should make own arrangements for accommodation during the dates of the interviews.
